Team Mentoring Sessions

These are Team Sessions for new and experienced triathletes to share and discuss goals, fears and aspirations. A minimum of 3 athletes is recommended and maximum of 10. The cost is based on the number of athletes and the number of sessions requested. Topics covered include: Effective Group Training Practices, Open Water Swimming Safety, Footwear, Nutrition, Recovery, Race Kits, Race Selection, Goal Setting, Creating Positive Team Dynamics and What is My Success. These session are specifically targeted towards those creating/nurturing a Tri-Community.

Please note, within three (3) business days there is no refund for services. Travel expenses cannot be refunded once travel is booked by our Team.
