Goal
Diversity Infusion Syndicate, a 501c3 organization, dedicated to promoting Excellence and Sisterhood in life through the sport of Triathlon as well as to diversify the landscape of Triathlon by offering new and growing demographics a high quality, unique:

Education about and introduction to the sport of Triathlon

Transition to long course and/or competitive Triathlon

Method of coaching and grooming under-represented demographic in the Triathlon Community, Muslim Women and Women of Color.
Khadijah's goal is to build upon proven and tested methods, science, her experience as a Woman, an African-American and a Hijabi in the sport of Triathlon, as well as relationships with specialists in swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, strength training and yoga to provide a World-class coaching experience that will positively impact the athletic and personal lives of those who participate.

The Diversity Infusion Syndicate Mission
Khadijah's Mission as an athlete has been to change the World one race at a time. Khadijah would like to expand and share that mission as a mentor and coach, by three (3) athletes every year, with the intention that they will also "pay it forward", to exponentially create positive change through the sport of Triathlon.
